More details have emerged about the second annual Drone World Expo (DWE), taking place Nov. 15-16 in San Jose, Calif., at the San Jose Convention Center. JD Events, producer of DWE, says the event will include several new educational and networking features.
The DWE educational program will once again be offered at no charge to qualified end-users. Participating speakers include Whitney Brooks, Unmannedpower LLC; Natalie Cheung, Intel; Karen DiMeo, FAA; Lisa Ellman, Hogan Lovells; Sally French, MarketWatch/The Wall Street Journal Digital Network; Dyan Gibbens, Trumbull Unmanned; Rhianna Lakin, Amelia Dronehart RC Copter Group; Jaclyn Louis, Intel; Stephanie Spear, National Association of REALTORS; Maria Stefanopoulos, ABC News; and Gretchen West, Hogan Lovells/Commercial Drone Alliance.
During the two-day event, end users will present dozens of drone case studies covering various applications and markets. A preliminary list of sessions and speakers is available here. DWE will also offer an expansive exhibit hall, and 4,000 end users and commercial drone professionals are expected to attend the event.
