Catarra Real Estate has announced the implementation of personal perspective and aerial perspective unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based videos on all listings. The company serves the San Francisco Bay Area.
‘We're using [UAVs] to bring video typically reserved for the luxury market to every customer,’ says Bryan Robertson, CEO of Catarra. ‘The eye-level perspective of the interior shots can run thousands of dollars using traditional photography. We're commoditizing that with [UAV] video capability.’
‘The aerial videos give home buyers both a unique perspective of the home but also the neighbors,’ adds Bryan. ‘A buyer can learn more about the neighborhood from one aerial video than they could even walking around.’
Catarra notes that the UAV videos are provided as part of the company's standard marketing services package at no additional cost to clients.
