Parrot, Pix4D Upgrade Software for Parrot Professional Drones
Parrot and Pix4D have introduced an “improved and simplified experience” for pilots of Parrot Professional drones – the Bluegrass, Disco-Pro AG and Bebop-Pro 3D Modeling.
Users can now manage their Parrot drone settings and product updates directly from Pix4Dcapture, a planning and autonomous flight app, which was recently updated.
The Pix4Dcapture app update includes as follows:
- Drone compass calibration;
- Pitot tube calibration (mandatory before starting a flight with the Parrot Disco-Pro AG fixed-wing drone);
- Drone and controller software updates; and
- Country selection for Wi-Fi network.
The Pix4Dcapture app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
