Toulouse, France-headquartered Delair, a supplier of commercial drone solutions, has opened two U.S.-based repair and maintenance centers, representing the company’s first outside of France.
Delair partnered with drone sellers and service providers Frontier Precision and Seiler Instrument to provide customer support for the Delair UX11 mapping and surveying drone.
“It’s important that our customers in the U.S. have access to experts’ service and support so we can minimize downtime when their drones require maintenance or repairs,” says Michael O’Sullivan, Delair’s channel sales manager for North America. “Having a team of trained and qualified technicians like those from Seiler and Frontier Precision on the ground in the U.S. will ensure a more efficient service process and reduce the amount of time that our customers’ drones are out of operation due to either routine maintenance or damage from operations.”
Seiler Instrument has been a reseller of Delair drones for several years. It operates a service and repair facility in St. Louis. Frontier Precision, a geospatial equipment distributor, has service operations in Minneapolis and Denver.
