Business advisory firm 32 Advisors has formed a new subsidiary dubbed Measure to provide consulting services regarding unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and an on-demand offering called Drone as a Service.
According to 32 Advisors, Measure's advisory practice will help non-military clients understand UAS technology, map out specific missions, select the best aircraft and sensors, and realize the benefits of data derived from aerial imagery.
32 Advisors says the Drone as a Service offering, meanwhile, will provide turnkey operational services so that UAS are airborne for clients as needed and on demand. Such an approach, the firm adds, will allow clients to pay for what they need when they need it and make changes to aircraft, payloads and missions without having to make large capital investments.
Based in 32 Advisors' Washington, D.C., office, Measure will be led by CEO Brandon Torres Declet and President Justin P. Oberman, both of whom will also serve as principals to 32 Advisors. Jane Holl Lute, former deputy secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, will serve as a senior advisor.
