XFLY, a provider of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), post-mission processing, and UAS training and certification, is expanding in its films division and hiring a new professional.
Reuben Lowing, who has been involved with the UAS industry since mid-2011, has been named business development director of Xfly Films. Lowing is a former Navy SEAL and anti-piracy agent and has a background in marketing. In the UAS business, he has experience with manufacturing, system design, post-mission processing and data systems management.
XFLY’s business reaches media professionals, UAS contractors, academic research and development departments, and industrial UAS markets. Other offerings include aerial photography systems; aerial cinematography production; UAS building and support services; UAS prototype designing, building and deploying; and industrial UAS development.
“I am excited to be able to tell the world how this unmanned technology is reshaping so many industries, from agriculture, forestry, geospatial, energy, security and more applications all of the time,” says Lowing.
