Unmanned Systems and Agriculture Conference Heads to Georgia in February

The third annual Unmanned Systems in Precision Agriculture conference is coming to Tifton, Ga., in February.

The Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) is hosting the event, which will be held at the University of Georgia's Tifton Campus Conference Center.

There will be speakers and sessions on Feb. 11-12, and tours, demos and discussions will be held on Feb. 13.

According to the Atlanta chapter of AUVSI, ‘This conference provides an opportunity for the unmanned systems and agribusiness communities to network. Speakers are selected from both unmanned systems and agribusiness communities to express their findings in feasibility, technology, logistics and financial intersections of unmanned systems with agribusiness. Of particular interest are topics on safety, value and limitations of unmanned systems in agriculture.’
