UAS Test Site Irks New Jersey Community

Residents of Warren Grove, N.J., have voiced privacy concerns in regards to an unmanned aerial system (UAS) test site that will be moving in soon.

In late December 2013, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced that test site range locations in New Jersey would be used for UAS research and development. Pending FAA approval, the Warren Grove Gunnery Range will be one of those sites, according to an article by pressofAtlanticCity.com.

Residents want their health and safety protected and hope that the UAS will not be used for surveillance of the community.
