SkyTech, a two-day, business-to-business trade show for the commercial unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) industry, has announced its speaker lineup for next month’s event.
SkyTech 2016, taking place at London’s Business Design Centre on Jan. 27-28, will feature 40 speakers across three conferences.
Speakers include representatives from UNIFLY, Pix4D, Ampyx Power, Flyability, NVIDIA, Crossrail, BioCarbon Engineering, McGill University, AECOM, UK Trade & Investment, Blue Bear Systems, Historic England and SGS Hart Aviation.
SkyTech says its conferences will cover a broad spectrum of UAS developments and industry applications. The industry conference will consider investment trends, privacy, risk management and regulatory development across the UAS industry. The latest advances in UAS technology will also take the stage through product launches and technology showcases.
The survey and applications conferences will focus upon UAS developments within specific market sectors, such as precision agriculture, infrastructure and environmental monitoring, and accident investigation.
A workshop program aimed at new UAS users will run alongside the conferences. Speakers will include Sky-Futures, RUSTA, Cambridge UAV Academy, Marsh Aviation and Bronze Sponsors Resource Group.
SkyTech 2016 will also feature an international exhibition and demonstration zone, showcasing technology and services from across the UAS industry.
The event’s social program will also host the U.K.’s first drone film and photography festival: Dronefest 2016.
Early-bird discounts are currently available on conference passes until Dec. 20.
