The Linux Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of Linux and collaborative software development, says 3D Robotics CEO Chris Anderson will be one of the keynote speakers of an upcoming summit.
The Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit, to be held Feb. 18-20 in Santa Rosa, Calif., gathers Linux Foundation members, open source developers, open source legal experts and community experts to collaborate and solve many of the most pressing issues facing open source software and Linux today.
Along with a list of speakers covering various topics, Anderson – CEO of the Berkeley, Calif.-based drone company – will cover new Linux Foundation Collaborative Project Dronecode. He will also give his thoughts on the future of drone technology and open source software.
The Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit is supported by sponsors including Intel, IBM, Google and HP.
