New Partnership Brings Drone-Based Real Estate Marketing to All 50 States

HouseLens Inc., a U.S. provider of visual marketing solutions for real estate, is partnering with DroneBase to roll out drone services throughout the country.

HouseLens says it has been offering Federal Aviation Administration-approved drone services since early 2016. Now, the new partnership will expand the company’s drone coverage to all 50 states. HouseLens notes that every shoot will be served by a licensed, insured drone pilot.

The partnership integrates DroneBase’s exterior-only drone services with HouseLens’ suite of real estate visual marketing options, which include professional photography, walk-through video, interactive 3D models and floor plans.

Packages start at $299 when real estate agents add drone services to any HouseLens shoot containing photos and video. Agents can also add custom branding to their drone videos. All content will be delivered fully edited through HouseLens’ mobile-first agent portal and single-property Web pages.

The partnership also gives DroneBase a referral option for agents who want imaging services outside the scope of the company’s exterior-only drone shoots.

“We realize that interior imaging is needed for real estate marketing in almost all cases, so we’re happy to have a like-minded partner who can serve those customers,” comments Dan Burton, founder and CEO of DroneBase.

“I’m excited every time we’re able to expand our footprint and serve a larger base of customers,” adds Andrew Crefeld, founder and CEO of HouseLens. “Drones continue to evolve as one of the real estate industry’s most powerful marketing technologies, and we are looking forward to the opportunities this partnership will bring, both for HouseLens and for our customers.”
