A tourism agency in Indiana is using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to provide aerial views of landmarks.

According to an Associated Press report, the Steuben County Tourism Bureau in northern Indiana has hired contractor Chris Sanchez to film videos with his camera-equipped UAV over the course of a year.

Because the FAA prohibits the commercial use of UAVs, the bureau is reportedly paying Sanchez $7,000 to edit the videos, not for the videos themselves.

The UAV, which navigates via GPS, is flown at a height of around 125 feet.
