Categories : AEE Technology Inc. has announced that DICK’S Sporting Goods will carry its AP9 personal drone in 530 stores across the U.S. over this holiday season.
The AEE AP9 is a quad-rotor remote control helicopter that acts as an aerial platform for a GoPro HERO & AEE action camera. The drone features a 3S 5300mAh battery and offers a flying time of up to 25 minutes.
The AP9 also has a “return to home” option; with the GPS properly calibrated before each flight, the drone will automatically fly back to a pre-determined point if contact with the transmitter is ever lost or if the drone is low on battery.
AEE says the AP9 regularly retails for $449.99.
